A photo that contains a man fishing need not be a photo of a man, nor of a boat, nor of a rod and reel, nor of a fish; it might be an illustration of the activity of fishing. It is quite possible to discuss the activity distinct from man, boat, or even fish. A photo of a bear fishing in a stream for crabs would belong equally well to fishing, itself a subcategory of activities.
Before placing content here, consider the vast range of activities, and whether a subcategory might be profitably employed.
